Minnie 
Aikens, the founder of Busy As a Bee Concierge was raised on the Eastern Coast of North Carolina and has been a resident of Winston-Salem, NC for much of her life. Actively involved in the community, Minnie has served on the board of trustees for The North Winston Baptist Church and served as Treasurer of The North Winston Community Development Corporation.
After being liberated from a Fortune 500 company in the area she launched Busy As a Bee Concierge. She wants to make a positive impact on the community and others with a niche that has long been over looked, “Lifestyle Management Services”. After over twenty years in the high pressure world of accounting, she understands the need for a work/life balance.
The Busy As a Bee Team has been hand selected for their personality, knowledge of the communities they serve, and their commitment to service. We maintain a vast database of resources offering expertise in various fields in order to offer the most outstanding vendors and partners to our clients
In order to maintain our expertise and remain on the cutting edge of the concierge, errand service, and personal assistance industry we maintain active membership in a number of professional organizations: International Concierge and Lifestyle Management Association (ICLMA), Triangle Concierge Master’s Academy, and the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce.
In her spare time, Minnie likes decorating, spending time with family and friends, analyzing handwriting and watching “whodunnit” movies. She is married with two children she adores.
